Do you know how important you are to Spirit? You’re so valuable to Spirit that without you, Spirit would be incomplete. And, without the loving gaze of Spirit upon you at all times, you would cease to exist. Because of the intensity of this dynamic, your relationship with Spirit is the most important relationship in your life. It’s that simple.

It’s time to give yourself a break because Spirit is not demanding some lofty standard from you or judging how you’re doing.
Consciousness is a difficult thing to grasp because our human brain has a hard time understanding things outside of our physical senses.
But it’s not impossible to wrap our brain around the abstract idea of consciousness because we’ve learned to trust other things that we don’t fully comprehend so we can use them and benefit from them.

What the health experts aren’t telling you is that when you begin to meditate, especially if you develop a consistent meditation practice, you can have experiences that science can’t easily explain.
