Your Work

“How” is not your work.

Your work is to define what you want. To imagine it into being. To dream.

Your work is to feel good.

Your work is to follow the bread crumbs of passion, excitement, fun, interest, curiosity, and wonder.

Your work is to trust that you are not meant to create alone. Your work is to believe that the Universe is delivering your wishes to you even before you can see them.

AAAAhhhh…rest!

Today we’re celebrating by taking the day off!

Yep, you heard me.

Chill out today—eat a popsicle, take a nap in a hammock, watch the sunset.

Go ahead; you’ve got permission to have lazy bones.

Relaxing, resting, enjoying, taking pleasure in being without doing is an integral part of the Spiritual Journey. We tend to dismiss it because it feels too easy, or boring, or pointless, or counter-productive.

The Answer to Every Client’s Top Question

“What should I do?”

I get this question a lot from clients when they’re at a crossroads – unsure which way to go.

Most folks are looking for the neon arrow that will point them in the right direction.

Ironically, life isn’t going to tell us what to do. Why not? Because it’s here to serve us. Life likes to give us options.

As humans, we carry an innate ability to create.

What’s Your Soul Got to Say About It?

We have some things to talk about- things that you have been pondering, wondering, and searching for. You have a lot of questions about how life works, why you’re here, and what it all means. On top of those big questions that pull at you, you’re also juggling life as it comes. It’s a lot.

Here’s the thing…

The reason you feel this pull, the reason you have all these big and little questions about your life is that you are remembering who you truly are and it’s not what you previously thought.
