Why using a meditation journal is the simplest spiritual practice to help you hear messages from your soul

One of the most effective spiritual practices I’ve committed to is keeping a meditation journal. Over the years, it’s become a treasure map from my Soul to me.

You see, Souls speak in the languages of emotions, sensations, and imagery. They often use these languages during meditation to give messages and information.

I’m going to be upfront with you. I believe meditation is a big piece of spiritual life. I haven’t found a better practice to release my pesky, troubling thoughts so that I can feel my natural state of peace.
