Seed of Joy

Long ago before you were born, a seed was planted in you.

Your only responsibility is to nurture that little seed.

The seed responds best to love. Your love. Your loving attention, understanding, and care.

When you feel good it means the seed is growing. Your feeling of well-being is the indicator that your seed is sprouting roots, and growing strong and resilient.

Pockets of Joy

Here we are in the middle of a Global Pandemic. Life is super weird right now, and we’re all trying to navigate our way through the uncertainty as best we can.

One thing that’s helped me is focusing on what I call Pockets of Joy.

Pockets of Joy are small things occuring in my day that help me to tune into the joyful, loving, being that I am.

Some of these things are activities,

Follow your bliss. This advice used to really piss me off. I would think to myself, “if I knew how to follow my bliss, don’t you think I’d be doing it.” 

I was super frustrated and found myself spinning in circles trying to figure it out, but it’s way easier than I made it.

The secret most folks don’t know–Bliss hides in plain sight. It’s in the most random things and in ordinary places.
