Intentional movement is an important part of the spiritual path because it helps you to BE in your body. When you move on purpose, you bring your full attention to the container that you occupy. You immerse yourself in the here and now–in the present moment where you eternally live.
Plus, your body is beautiful!
It wants to be in a loving relationship with you. It wants to love you and be loved by you.
It is easy to think of yourself as a singular person operating in a singular physical body. If you look in the mirror it sure seems that way. There is only one reflection looking back at you and that reflection seems defined by the contours of your body. However, this singular identity is an illusion, a mirage, a make believe game.

I am a big fan of using intuition in your daily life. That’s why we have it, right? So, we can navigate our way through life a little easier. Recently there was an awesome example of a professional athlete who used his intuition to correct a problem immediately.
