Why using a meditation journal is the simplest spiritual practice to help you hear messages from your soul

One of the most effective spiritual practices I’ve committed to is keeping a meditation journal. Over the years, it’s become a treasure map from my Soul to me.

You see, Souls speak in the languages of emotions, sensations, and imagery. They often use these languages during meditation to give messages and information.

Your Soul gently communicates with you. Those subtle nudges show up in a variety of ways.

  • Maybe a tingly feeling in your body like champagne bubbles on the inside.

Source doesn’t mind our fear, our confusion, our doubt. It works around it. Sending us messages and guidance in any form that will get our attention.

Figuring out what to do with your life is the ultimate challenge we all face. And the question comes at us again and again in every new stage of our life.  When you don’t know the answer, it brings up all sorts of resistance—your fear, your frustration, your struggle, your confusion, your doubt. I get it because I’ve been there too!

I’ve always wanted to be one of those people who knew what they wanted out of life.

What Modern-day Health Experts Aren’t Telling You about the Possible Spiritual Side Effects of Meditation

Meditation is on the rise. Lots of folks are touting the benefits of quieting your mind for a few minutes a day. Lower blood pressure, less, anxiety, a better night’s sleep, a clearer mind, and a calmer attitude are just a few of the benefits of meditation.

What the health experts aren’t telling you is that when you begin to meditate, especially if you develop a consistent meditation practice, you can have experiences that science can’t easily explain.
